Pam is AWESOME!

Sizzleworks is proud to have Chef Pam as our back kitchen manager and occasional chef instructor. As our main instructor for Sizzleworks’ beginner series "How to Boil Water", Chef Pam’s warm personality shines as she shares her experience, passion and knowledge of food preparation as she instructs, coaches and interacts with our students. We all agree — “Chef Pam is GREAT!”

Sizzleworks and our students are fortunate when Chef Pam is in our midst, as she also chefs regularly at Jazz Alley in downtown Seattle and keeps us all up to date on the local jazz scene.

Pam came from a cooking family — her Mother was a caterer and chef for the Canadian Prime Minister, so her career in food began at an early age. Her passion for southern and Louisiana style fare is apparent in her menus. With her brother, she opened a restaurant in 2000, and has worked in a number of food service capacities around the Seattle area.

Chef Pam’s formal training includes Sizzleworks and Fare Start.
