Sizzleworks is home to three educational venues, The Cooking School, a hands-on class and teambuilding environment located near Seattle Washington, Culinary Videos, available via the web and an award winning cookbook. Regardless of the venue, the information and the manner in which it is presented is personal, fun and understandable so enjoy learning and more importantly, the delicious meal you've created!

Sizzleworks is passionate about teaching cooking - guiding our students with great technique and quality ingredients. Simply put, we want to give you the confidence and inspiration to become an exceptional cook.

Our school has grown - a new facility, a new line of culinary videos and a new brand. While RainCity Cooking School has grown to become Sizzleworks, our foundation remains providing an exceptional culinary educational experience, fun and delicious meals.

Our principal chef instructor is Carol Dearth. Chef Kelley Elder specializes in cakes during our Master Cake Workshop, chocolate work and candy making.
