Chef Missy Will is Sizzleworks’ new executive chef, operations. At Sizzleworks, Chef Missy teaches a variety of classes, coordinates Corporate/Team Building events, schedules Wine Dinners, orchestrates our Guest Chef and Marrying Food and Wine series, all while developing Cross-Marketing efforts .
Missy's attention to detail and love of food and wine expands into healthy spa cuisine, wine country casual cooking, ingredient selection, as well as cooking and eating from local farmers markets. She guides her students on a journey of self-discovery as they experience the joy and fun of cooking, as well as stimulating their own compassion to cook, prepare and serve exciting and delicious meals. Chef Missy cooks with her soul and treats every kitchen she works in, as her “Sacred Space.”
Chef Missy is a 20-year veteran student of cooking schools all over the country, having earned her Professional Chef Certification at Laguna Culinary Arts Professional Chef Program. She holds a Level 2 Intermediate Certificate from WSET, a division of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust Limited.
Chef Missy has worked at Picayo restaurant in Laguna Beach, CA. and as an Executive Chef Instructor at LCA Professional Chef Program, in the corporate event and team building department. Most recently, she served as Culinary School Director at Villa Cucina Culinary Center and Cooking School in San Clemente, CA.
