An Asian flavor profile twist on a classic sauce, this is a versatile dip or spread for seafood, satay skewers, Asian noodle salads, you name it!
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup hoisin sauce or so, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Frank’s Red Hot Sauce or freshly squeezed lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate to store.
